What’s a typical day as an accounts payable clerk? You’ll be:

Processing a high volume of invoices and expense reports and preparing the bank deposit
Researching and reconciling accounts with vendors
Maintaining purchase order systems and performing the necessary tasks to match purchase orders to receiving and invoicing documents to properly reconcile and resolve any variances
Processing Stop Payments, Voids and Escheats
Tracking, researching, and depositing checks received from vendors and other sources
Researching payment gaps and collecting missing invoicing through analysis of monthly reporting

What’s required?

Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer supporting environment
High-level attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include intermediate Excel
ERP system experience is a plus
