We work with members of every department across the organization in order to provide executive leadership and the board comprehensive and correct financial information. We are constantly growing and changing to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing organization.Within 1 month, you will:
Research and post all cash payments
Work with the sales team to review, confirm and correct any billing related issues
Complete vendor forms or provide documents as requested by customers and Outside employees
Communicate with the sales team, AR manager and Shared Services manager about the continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
Work with Controller on Sales Tax FIling
Within 6 months, you will:
Create reports as needed for reconciliation purposes and sales needs
Miscellaneous clean up projects
Assist with process improvements and company integrations
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
Within 12 months, you will:
Provide support for internal and external audits
Write up procedures for all processes in the role
What YOU bring to Outside:
3 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
SalesForce and NetSuite experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Amazing communication skills, knowing how to communicate with many different types of people and roles
Flexibility and experience as a team player
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a non-exempt hourly rate of pay between $21.63 to $26.92. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
