We are looking for an Awesome person to fill our Administrative position. Come and work in an atmosphere where we all work as a team and treat each other with respect acting with integrity, one of Alpine Landscape Services core values. This position will accommodate a flexible schedule (within reason) so that you can spend your time enjoying the lifestyle of living in the mountains. This position is a part time seasonal position averaging 25-30 hours per week in the summer months reducing to less time in the winter months. The compensation for this position will start at $25.00 per hour and go up from there based on experience. We look forward to reading your resume!
Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Answer the phone with a smile! Take time to interview/ screen the potential clients to make sure they are a fit for Alpine Landscape Service.

* Answer all e mail inquiries in a quick and positive manner
*Produce reports as needed, for example accounts payable/ receivable reconciliation reports, balance sheets and p and l reports
*Personnel files, make sure to keep updated and accurate to include drivers license and payroll records
* Accounts payable, all bills paid on time, all receipts and invoices match up and entered into the proper expense account, assist with job costing
*Accounts receivable, statements and invoices are sent out timely, past due reminders are sent out and all payments are entered into quick books properly
* Reconciliation of all accounts on a regular basis, and all information relayed to accountant as needed
Qualifications and Skills
requirements include and are not limited to:
Computer literacy
* Strong knowledge of Quick books, word, excel, and power point
*3 years of bookkeeping knowledge or equivalent
*1 year of construction related administration or equivalent preferred
*Excellent phone and communication skills
*Ability to work with little or no supervision
*Excellent organizational skills
*An interest and willingness to learn about the landscape industry
*Ability to create an e mail distribution list
*An understanding of Alpine’s website and how to work the backside of it
*Ability to learn, utilize, and become proficient at our Landscape software
Administrative Duties:

Running errands
Stocking supplies
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

Expense reports
Processing payments
Billing
Payroll
Purchasing
