Job Description : Job DescriptionThe Canadian Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Centre is currently looking for a Full-Time receptionist/administrative assistant for our practice.Job-type: Full-Time (with a flexible schedule to work weekends)Compensation: Salary (competitive based on experience and qualifications)Location: North York – 1390 Don Mills Road Building DJob duties: Responsible for answering and returning phone calls and emails.Check-in and Check-out patients.Handling patient inquiries in a timely, courteous, and respectful manner.Triage Referrals and book/reschedule appointments.Navigate Accuro (electronic medical record) system.Review informed consents and answer patient inquiries.Other duties as required.Requirements: A self-motivated individual who is organized and responsible.Fast learner and motivated to provide great service and demonstrate initiative to improve the clinic flow and patient experience.Courteous and respectful towards patients and staff.High level of integrity and respectful of patient confidentiality.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong computer skillsAn interest in dermatology and plastic surgery procedures and services.interest to learn and continually improve upon medical knowledge to better assist patients.Assets: Medical Office Administration diploma or certificate is an asset.Knowledge in Accuro and/or Epic EMR softwaresMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$21.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Application deadline: 2022-03-30
