Join our Global Technology Business team within Chemtech division in United States as Administrative Assistant to help us take Research and Development to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
Assisting the smooth day to day operations of the R&D facility (this includes answering phones, mail distribution, general office activities)
Managing all aspects of vendor ordering and price negotiation
Coordination of R&D meetings
Accurate and timely maintenance of the R&D calendar
Maintain organized documentation of the R&D server
Assisting in the generation of professional data packages
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
5 years of related experience and/or training (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
