Position Purpose
The UAC – OPERATIONS team provides end user support for user queries raised around Sailpoint access management, access recertification, request status etc.
The team also serves the weekly/monthly reports and manages data within Sailpoint through valid approvals. Team works closely with other teams i.e. Provisioning team, Recertification, Data Referential, REFOG, FSA, Global Controls, etc. in order to assist the user with an appropriate resolution.
The team currently caters to the APAC, UK, MEA, EU & NAR region users while covering 20*5 hrs support (Including night shift)
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
End User Support – Level1 (Sailpoint)
Handle mailbox, hotlines, service requests, incident tickets and certain Sailpoint queues within the defined TAT
Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard)
Assists in onboarding new entitlements, workflows, etc.
User Onboarding in Sailpoint
Bulk uploading of users/accesses
Override HR data in Sailpoint for end user
Co-ordination on urgent requests from end users
Contributing Responsibilities
Assist user in creating and maintaining business roles
Escalate the complex cases/queries to L2 team
Manage peoples data and Organization Units (OUs) in REFOG tool
Manage Functional Role Code (FRC) for UAM tool (Sailpoint) for SOD breaches
