Position : Admissions/Intake Specialist (Full-Time/Estes Park, CO)

Job Description : Don’t work at home alone! Join a great team in the office at the base of Rocky Mountain National Park. Harmony Foundation is seeking multiple Admission Specialists to assist families and potential clients in gaining access to care for substance use disorders. We are a state of the art, affordable, treatment program utilizing time-tested, evidence based, 12-step treatment model that addresses mind, body, and spirit. We provide the foundation for sustained recovery from the diseases of drug and alcohol addiction.
Primary functions are to accurately and efficiently complete telephone inquiry calls – enter pertinent information into EMR prior to admission. Meet, greet, and admit clients to the program once they arrive.
Our ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Certified Addiction Technician designation. Equivalent work experience in a related field may be substituted for education requirements. Six months of previous work experience in substance use disorder field is preferred. Available shift are Friday – Monday 7am-5:30pm (4 day / full-time work week) OR Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
If recovering from a substance use disorder, six months of continuous sobriety is required.
Harmony Foundation is a non-profit treatment center providing services in a nicotine free environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
