Position : Aerospace Machinist – Entry Level
Job Description : The Company: Pioneer is a young, locally owned and operated business in Helena, Montana. We currently have about 40 employees, and we are expanding as we speak.· Our current statement of work includes some of the most difficult-to-machine parts that our nation’s military aircraft require.· We believe in using cutting edge techniques to produce high quality parts as efficiently as possible.The Position: We’re looking for CNC Machinists· We offer on the job training (no machining experience necessary), opportunities for career growth, and flexible scheduling in our shifts.· We also offer catered lunches and other incentives for our machinists.Requirements: · Positive attitude· Self-motivated and punctual· High attention to detail· Must work well in team settings· High school diploma, or equivalentResponsibilities: · Following set procedures to setup and operate large 5 axis CNC mills in a team environment.· Maintaining machine cleanliness and function.· Early detection of cutting tool wear to prevent machine downtime and sub-par machine finishes.· In-process dimension checks to ensure quality.The Location: Helena offers an abundance of recreational opportunities such as hiking, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, boating, etc. It is a great place to raise a family.
