The Leather Institute has over 30 years of experience in leather care, maintenance, and restoration with over 20 years in aviation. We are a rapidly expanding company seeking to add to our team. We seek career minded individuals who are trustworthy, self motivated, and have a great attention to detail who want to learn and grow with us.
The Leather Institute is the worldwide leader in aviation interior cleaning, repair, and refurbishment.

Experience in refinishing or aviation is a plus, but certainly not a requirement as we can train you from the ground up.
Employees will report to Rocky Mountain Airport daily.

Will involve travel to other parts of the country as needed.
Compensation:
$18/Hour first 30 days (during training phase), first review after 30 days, second review after 90 days.
Requirements:
-10 Year TSA Background Check
-Pre-employement Drug Test
-Clean Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,440.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
