We are currently looking for an Analyst – Warehouse Operations, for our Brampton Office who shows great interest in business developments, and studies them rigorously to not only be familiar with latest trends, but also be able to troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the operations to recommend and implement process improvement initiatives.Review and analyze reports on metrics from Operations team to determine technical approaches and solutions to increase process efficiency.Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects, such as business requirements, technical specifications, and write findings in the form of reports.Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide consulting, problem solving, documentation and training.Define scope and objectives for projects following meetings with Operations and Warehouse teams.Liaison routinely with various stakeholders to determine the status and efficiency of new initiatives.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and health and safety regulations are met.Define areas of improvement and determine innovative or adjust current work procedures and practices.Working on special projects as required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree education would be preferred2-4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Warehouse environmentExperience working in a 3PL, or supply chain logistics would be an assetGreat knowledge of MS Office particularly with Microsoft Excel with the willingness to constantly update learn new software quickly.Possess and utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions in a timely manner.Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Job Type: Full-time
