Nike Inc., Beaverton, OR. Develop the real estate strategy to connect and serve Nike consumers globally. Develop and execute the real estate plan. Manage the real estate investment and lease action process. Provide strategic real estate portfolio leadership, marketplace insight, and lease negotiation excellence to deliver accretive investments, divestitures and lease savings to optimize the NIKE Direct Stores portfolio. Lead and manage the territory and geography strategic fleet reviews, real estate committee (REC) and monthly post-investment reviews-inclusive of the coordination, preparation, review and presentation of recommendations or results. Manage the Lease Administration function and the portfolio with critical data tracking, lease audits and documentation management. Provide real estate market insights and financial model support for strategic initiatives relating to market rent/sales trends, retail co-tenancy dynamics, consumer insights and competitive intelligence. Set the standards for and influence the work-stream processes between lease acquisitions, finance, lease administration, legal and store construction. Develop impactful presentations to communicate real estate strategic plans and visions across the Territory, Geography and Global teams in the organization.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Management, or Finance and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
Retail Lease Negotiation, including retail trends, portfolio management excellence for lease optimization and improvement;
Legal Contracts and Amendments analysis;
Lease Administration with critical dates strategies and planning, savings strategic vision, and lease KPI analysis;
Defining standardized lease admin procedures, reviewing/approving system lease payments (Lease Payment Authorizations), reviewing/approving contract translations, and reviewing/approving system accuracy of contract key information abstraction;
Manage Compliance Systems (Tririga and Cranium);
External Counsel & Retail Broker Management;
Marketplace Intelligence;
Landlord Relationships; and
Retail Finance Modeling.
