Responsibilities of the Appointment Scheduler The Appointment Scheduler will handle inbound calls and relay messages to the clinics regarding appointments or transfers patient for further attention. The Scheduler takes patient demographics, collects insurance information to enter into system, answers patient questions, and gives directions regarding appointments.
Required Qualifications of the
Appointment Scheduler
2+ years of medical scheduling experience required, front office or medical customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Compensation and schedule for the Appointment Scheduler Appointment Scheduler – Full-time, $17-$19 per hour, Monday–Friday, 8 hour shifts.
