Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing Front Desk Staff candidates for our  Old Town Scottsdale indoor facility located at 7624 E. Indian School Rd. We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with children 4 months to 12 years old and are professional when working with adults. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum 2 years customer service experience. However, candidates with general customer service experience and the right personality are welcome to apply. Awesome work environment, flexible hours, summer and year-round positions, top notch training and pay depending on experience.

Front Desk Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

Responsible for new client registration/sales
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner
Resolve client concerns using a professional approach
Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Check-in students on the attendance tracking system
Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area
Greet everyone with a smile and make them feel at home!
Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
Maintain a CURRENT Standard First-aid with CPR-C, AED certification
Must pass a background check

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 – $16.00 per hour
