Job Description : Summary:
TDA is looking for an Art Director with 0-3 years experience. We are looking for eager and talented creatives who are craving the chance to make award winning work and willing to put in the effort it takes to create it. Must enjoy the process, have a desire to learn and be able to add to the agency culture we cherish. You will work across all brands and be given as much opportunity as you can handle. Must have relevant schooling and/or experience and a creative portfolio to apply.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, including: print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radio that are on brand and strategy

Communicate effectively with all agency departments

Build compelling decks for client presentations and pitch work

Ability to clearly articulate creative concepts

Track and maintain accurate timesheets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant schooling

Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud

Creative portfolio

Passion for creating the best work

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well under tight deadlines

Strong team player

Detail oriented

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 based on experience This position is initially remote due to COVID-19, however, this role is based in Boulder, CO and will be a hybrid in-person and remote work environment long term.
