Reporting into the Senior Director of Industrial/Retail Asset Management, you will work on a team that manages 12 million sq. ft. of assets valued at over $3 billion. Our industrial portfolio is experiencing high growth and strong demand. The ideal candidate that we are looking for is ambitious, comfortable being challenged and eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on Argus Enterprise valuation software to provide support in the internal valuation and appraisal review processes.
Liaise with internal teams including Leasing, Property Management, Investments, Development, Construction and Accounting.
Perform tenant covenant reviews for lease transactions.
Assist with the creation of annual operating budgets and business plans.
Conduct market research; prepare reports to support valuations, leasing and client reporting.
Special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in university, ideally in a business or real estate related degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Argus experience is an asset.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
