Position : Assistant Administrator

Job Description : Griswold Home Care is looking for an Assistant Administrator to work closely with our Administrator to manage the day-to-day office operations. We are looking for a qualified candidate to help maintain and strengthen client and caregiver relationships, work closely and professionally with the office staff, and communicate with all parties to ensure compliance and quantity of care.
Requirements:
· Home Care Administration experience required
· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
· Understanding of State of Colorado Regulatory Compliance policies
· Proficient computer skillset
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Pleasant customer service & phone manner
· Reliable transportation and driver’s license
· Ability to pass a background check
· Ability to manage people and ensure compliance
Responsibilities:
· Ability to execute initial client intakes to create care schedule, care plans and gather client information
· Supervise and work alongside Care Coordinators to create exceptional services for clients and caregivers
· Utilize computer programs such as Outlook and ClearCare to manage communication and scheduling
· Ensure compliance among caregivers following Colorado State Regulatory policies and procedures
· Complete annual caregiver performance evaluations and ensure caregiver cooperation to Griswold policies
· Create and manage company policies and procedures for all employees
· Monitor and track information on ClearCare and accommodate client needs and track caregiver performance
· Screen and hire new Care Coordinators to perform specific roles (as needed)
· Prepare agenda and gather data to run weekly staff meetings
· Ability to run and operate the office in absence of the Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Education:
