Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position will evolve into Controller as the company continues to expand and the selected incumbent is ready to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be energetic, bright, and keen to learn different areas of the business as you get more and more comfortable in the role. Main responsibilities include:
Assist with financial statement preparation and external reporting
Manage the full revenue process – revenue recognition
Support budgeting and forecasting
Prepare management reports and related analysis
Prepare cashflow forecast and monthly reconciliations of subledgers
Strengthen internal controls and monitor financial operation policies
Ad hoc duties as requested

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
A completed CPA designation is required
Good understanding of IFRS preferred
A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in public accounting
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Self-starter with good initiative
Strong Excel skills
How You’ll Be Rewarded:
$85,000 – $100,000 salary range
