POSITION OBJECTIVE
Chick-fil-A Parker is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to provide operational support and to develop future leaders within the organization. The ultimate goal for this position is to partner with other leaders to develop team members through intentional conversations, grow the business, and ensure that operations are running efficiently and in line with Chick-fil-A standards. As an Assistant Manager, this leader will be in a fast-paced environment working alongside other servant leaders, coaching and developing team members, and solving problems. This role requires effective communication and the ability to train, be trained, and adapt on the spot. Long-term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top servant leader in an even larger capacity or even pursue becoming an Owner/Operator themselves.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in the operations, holding team members and themselves accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
Serve on a leadership team of other leaders that oversees daily business operations
People development: train, develop, and care for team members under your leadership
Take ownership of all aspects of the operations
Help prepare, cook, and assemble food for guests daily
Demonstrate servant leadership in all areas of business
Meet regularly with the general manager and Don for continual leadership development
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Leadership experience: understands servant leadership characteristics
Self-Starter: ability to achieve results independently and with a team
Flexible: ability to lead a team and jump in when needed
Dependable: be a leader your team can count on

Has a proven track record of training and development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
