Job Description : Summary

Assistant Director of Engineering will be experienced in managing Engineering staff and operations for a large facility. In a hospitality environment, this role requires attention to detail and focus on guest and client satisfaction. Will be focused on executing preventative maintenance programs (Guest Rooms, Corridors, Meeting Space & Public Space) by coordinating with multiple departments to schedule Maintenance Inspections and PM Blitzes as required. Also will include administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Scheduling, Ordering and Receiving parts, managing stock inventory, and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.
This position will also assist Director of Facilities in managing department Operating Budget, Capital Projects, Team trainings and Managing Fire Life Safety standards to regulatory and Hyatt expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Leadership experience in Engineering/Facilities field
Hospitality experience preferred
Technical experience in utility trades and broad understanding of building systems
Administrative Proficiency – Computer experience in MS Programs, Work Order Programs, Payroll and Scheduling

The salary range for this position is $62,900 – $94,300 based on relevant experience
