Salary starting at $95,000.00 based on experience
Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:
Manage all Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping Operations.
Develop and Manage Capital Expenditure Budgets.
Work with management team to create and implement the business plan.
Work closely with the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff.
Requirements:
Must always maintain a professional appearance and a high service standard.
Able to prioritize while remaining flexible to complete urgent requests.
Ability to handle guest complaints.
Must be Relocatable- as this position is designed to be a GM in training position with placement as GM within 24 months
Must be willing to travel for taskforce opportunities
Previous food and beverage management experience
Previous hotel experience with an emphasis on a lifestyle or luxury property
Flexible schedule to include; days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Financial savvy/Business acumen
Creative/forward thinker, adaptable to change
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred, but not required
Previous Hilton experience preferred, but not required
Previous experience in Rooms Department including font office, housekeeping, and engineering
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
