Job Description : Position Responsibilities:

Respond on site to multiple HOA properties in Eagle County.
Complete office and administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating scheduling between multiple parties etc.
Address customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Work effectively with and without supervision, on-site, as well as work-from-home.
Update websites by uploading approved material and documents using Word Press style software.
Compile data and reports, assist with budget preparation.
Coordinate between accountants and homeowners to facilitate requests for Status Letters.
Assist in completing condo questionnaires.
File documents and records, renew registration with government entities, process Design Review Approval requests.
Assist with obtaining contractor estimates, process, evaluate, and present proposals in a meeting setting and or by email.

Skills and Experience:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Gmail, and able to send, receive and organize digital files and documents.
Must be able to lift a 60lb bag of sand, pour into 5-gallon buckets, carry and distribute sand buckets outside, in icy winter conditions to various locations on properties, plus other comparable physical activities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interface effectively with customers in challenging circumstances and solve problems while keeping a positive attitude.
Ability to analyze complex situations involving properties and resolve challenges in a pro-active and helpful manner.
Opportunity for development in real estate sales, if desired.
Must be able to speak English, ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Schedule and Hours:

This position is a combination or remote work and onsite responsibilities. Most work can be performed Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule however, must be available to work on call sometimes to provide administrative response to emergency issues after hours (answer calls and make appropriate arrangements by contacting contractors, owners, and resolving problems).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
