Position : Assistant Wedding and Event Planner
Job Description : General Job Description:
Assist the lead planner in completing daily event planning tasks using Party Girl Events’ software and processes.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist with planning weddings, social events, marriage proposals, and bar/bat mitzvahs
– Participate in daily zoom stand up meetings, and one work day in person with The CEO ( the rest of the time will be working remote)
– Gather quotes from venues and vendors
– Daily follow up on all pending tasks
– Anticipate the needs of venues and vendors
– Answer client questions and e-mails
– Work on event vision boards
– Additional opportunities available to work on site at events ( on call, optional)

Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional work experience preferred. Customer service or hospitality experience preferred. General knowledge in event management and food and wine preferred. Must live in the Vail Valley or have housing lined up. Must have a vehicle, and a laptop.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
