Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Manager, Marketing Operations to our location in Portland, OR. This position will be remote and may pivot to a hybrid model in 2022 working a combination of in office and remote. This role can reside in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, MT, NM and TX.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager, Marketing Operations who will champion this cause. This is a key role in our Marketing Operations team; a team which is focused on building a strong foundation of marketing analytics, marketing technology infrastructure, media operations, and website management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as technology owner and admin for our project management software (Workfront) and our marketing automation solution.
Manage or support a variety of project types, ranging from marketing technology implementation to brand asset management and beyond.
Understand and appreciate Providence Health Plan business drivers, objectives, and metrics in assigned area(s) of responsibilities.
Develop strong rapport and establish professional credibility and a collaborative relationship with cross-functional business partners and senior leaders in the department.
Juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a matrixed organization.
Flexible mindset – must be able to work in an environment that embraces changes and pivots to meet changing priorities.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL
Manage our marketing project management software (Workfront). As technology owner, ensure process documentation is created and followed, marketing users are supported, and user trainings are administered. Stay abreast of feature updates and work with team to continually improve solution for our needs.
Manage and act as technology admin for our future marketing automation solution. Upon technology selection, work to install and configure the technology for our needs, manage ongoing updates, and administer trainings as appropriate.
Manage marketing lists in marketing automation solution, building and following list hygiene best practices.
Support our Sr. Web Producer in building out email templates and email content in marketing automation solution.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, help to facilitate effective lead management; supporting lead nurture activities, lead scoring, lead hygiene, and lead handoff process between Marketing and Sales.
Independently lead marketing project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to complete high visibility marketing projects on time and within budget.
Assist with other marketing technologies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Liberal Arts.
Five (5) years of relevant marketing experience, including proven experience in utilizing and/or managing marketing technologies.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Health care experience
2 years of experience utilizing or managing marketing automation or email marketing tools.
2 years of experience managing or facilitating marketing (or similar) projects.
1 years of experience utilizing or managing project management software/tools
