We are looking for an Associate Product Line Manager who is an agile teammate to join us in bringing consumer-first product to the evolving marketplace.
Crocs Global Design and PLM team has two Associate Product Line Manager openings! These roles will support execution of the global line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand. These roles are highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will utilize effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.
Job Summary

Supporting seasonal brand & category objectives; assistance in line planning & briefing, special or off-timeline project management, system management, sample tracking & organization, timeline management, achievement presentation support, and multi-functional communication
Learn triad best-practices & product creation lifecycle, ensuring product intent, costing targets & timelines are being met
Become a specialist in consumer, competitor, and marketplace; build overviews to maintain strong pulse to help identify new category opportunities & demonstrate findings during key achievements
Hone analytical skills with historical & real-time performance data using an insight-to-action approach to support decision-making
Support go-to-market with product naming, product copy briefing & editing, and cross-functional communication on changes to product or timing

Job Requirements

0-2 years product line management experience
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and works cross-functionally
A passion for understanding consumer, culture, market & trends with a distinguished taste-level and eye for commerciality
Seeks to understand multiple points of view, maintain a learning mentality, and expresses viewpoints with confidence
Desire to hone analytical skills and an actioned-oriented approach to data
Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo
Ability to travel
