Natco is renowned for trust, reliability, and commitment to our customers.Natco Pharma (Canada) Inc. is headquartered in Mississauga and is supported by a strong cross-functional team.We are currently looking for an Associate to join our Quality Assurance team.Duties and responsibilities: Perform independent review of Master Production Documents, Batch Specific Documents, QC samples and incoming receiving records to ensure compliance with product specificationsAssist manager/supervisor to release products for sale to Canadian market and maintain records to ensure compliance with applicable GMP requirementsReview stability protocols and data for marketed drug products and maintain records to current status.Initiate Change Controls as applicable. Collect, organize documents to support closure of Change Controls in a timely manner.Initiate Deviation Reports as applicable and ensure deviation closures within established timelines.Review Annual Product Quality reports for accuracy and compliance.Maintain Quality Assurance documents pertaining to Annual Confirmatory Testing Product Recall, Product Returns.Assist Quality Assurance Manager during GMP-Inspections by customers/regulatory agencies and execute self-inspections /vendor audits to ensure compliance.Communicate with external sources such as partners, consultants, and suppliers to request and/or provide data.Perform additional duties as assigned by manager/supervisor and any other relevant jobs entrusted by Natco Management.Knowledge and skills: Canadian university degree or a degree recognized as equivalent by a Canadian university in a science related fieldA minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control / Quality AssuranceProven knowledge of Health Canada Food and Drugs regulations, GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, US FDA guidelines.Proficiency with MS Office products.Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIf you are interested in joining our team, and meet the requirements for the position, please submit your resume to info @ natcopharma.ca using “QA Associate” in the subject line.We thank all applicants for their interest in Natco Pharma (Canada) Inc., but only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
