We are rewarding talented and dedicated automotive technicians with wonderful incentives:

Hourly or flat-rate pay

$34-42 per hour for Master technicians.
Foremen receive an $85k-90k salary base PLUS shop performance and personal production bonuses. Ranges are generally $105k-135k
$16-20 hourly starting for apprentice level technicians. Pay depending on ability & experience

Signing bonus up to $10,000 (depending on ability and experience)
Group health insurance
Company paid training, up to 40 hrs per year
Reasonable working hours – NO WEEKENDS!
(12) twelve days paid time/sick time off available

Paid holidays – 8 per year!

*** We have multiple technicians who flag 250-330 hours per month flat rate working 730-530 M-F. We are glad to provide proof of this production. Candidates with 4 or more years of prior mechanic experience will be given preference, but all candidates with ASE automotive certifications will be viewed favorably.
