Position : Automotive F&I Manager
Job Description : Auto House Tempe is looking looking for a dynamic, experienced F&I Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has at least three years experience, strong communication skills and, ideally, their own book of business. Duties
Work with clients on vehicle financing and insurance, providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
Process financing and leasing deals accurately
Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations for used car dealerships
Establish and maintain positive relationships with the sales team
Continue to nurture personal book-of-business and achieve ongoing repeat and referral sales
Qualifications
Prior experience as an F&I Manager and/or dealership management experience
Prior experience with CUDL a plus; knowledge of VinSolutions CRM a plus but not required
Organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
