Job Description : Work with a FORTUE 90 firm right here in Bozeman!Northwestern Mutual Montana is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven individual who will specialize in client service, team leadership, manage a variety of administrative activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations of our new advisor team. We serve our clients so they can in turn make a difference in the lives of others.Essential duties:Lead a small team who perform a variety of professional administrative tasks including client management, financial plan creation, managing calendar, coaching advisors on back office processes.Coordinate and maintain client information, work with clients to obtain necessary documents and files, confirm receipt and send client information.Monitor and oversee client process from application through underwriting.Preparing detailed professional and friendly correspondence.Assist with all administrative duties for investment operation including logging correspondence, files, account maintenance requests.Measure the success of the individual advisor’s practice and train advisors in financial acumen.Direct the interviewing, hiring and training of team members and ensure cross training.Hold team members accountable to performance standardsOther Responsibilities: § Support in client experience and marketing efforts.§ Support advisors in setting up website.§ Communicate with home office on training and development opportunities for your teamQualifications:§ Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance or investment industry.§ Strong computer, keyboarding skills, data entry and ability to learn new software.§ Financial Service or Insurance experience preferred.
