Position : Baker – $25.00 Per Hour
Job Description : We are an up-and-coming commercial food production facility specializing in energy bar manufacturing and co-packing.
Our company is seeking an energetic person to lead the weighing, mixing, baking, and quality control department of our manufacturing processes. To be successful in this position, you must be detail oriented with a focus on high quality food production. Experience within commercial food production or large-scale food manufacturing is highly desired. Candidates who have substantial experience within the restaurant industry will also be considered. Culinary education and supervisory experience is a plus.
This position has a pathway for growth within the company as we expand our product line and production levels increase. This position will be cross trained in other departments in order to facilitate greater responsibility and autonomy within the role.
A successful candidate must be able to perform the following:
1. Standing and moving for up to 8 hours a day.
2. Must be able to lift multiple 40 lb. buckets in succession.
3. Operating commercial grade food production machines. Including, but not limited to, Robot Coupes, Hobarts, rotating rack ovens, and custom designed food production equipment.
4. Working in a close proximity team and/or independently to complete assigned tasks.
