Job Description : Barrel TechnicianRogue Barrels, an up and coming firearms manufacturer in the Kalispell area is growing and interested in hiring dedicated individuals to work in our manufacturing facility. We will train candidates with the right attitude and desire to succeed.Duties and Responsibilities · Effectively work assigned general shop duties and other gun barrel operations.· Eagerness to learn gun barrel building processes.· Operate assigned work center efficiently.· Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work from verbal instructions.· Work effectively in a team environment.· Continually train and improve personal skill set.· Knowledge of general shop math.· Meet or exceed current productivity standards.· Troubleshoot problems and give meaningful solutions.· Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.· Provide general upkeep and preventative maintenance as assigned to work center.· Work safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.· Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.Core Competencies · Show a strong initiative to succeed.· Exhibit a close attention to detail.· Ability to communicate effectively.Willingness to work different shifts if necessary.Only local residents should apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
