Our Recruiting Coordinator role provides a perfect foundation to launch or continue your career in recruiting, sales and/or staffing, specifically within our niche industries.
We love applicants that are looking to pivot out of the Behavioral Health or Education Industries! Experience with ABA, BCBA, and CAS preferred, but not required!
You might be wondering what you will be doing in your day to day…
Work directly with senior leadership to initiate and engage with new potential clients and candidates
Exercise your excellent verbal and written communication skills
Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive clients
Manage day to day outbound/inbound phone calls to prospective clients and candidates to initiate discussions with the recruiting and leadership team
Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize
Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the target audience
Make & coordinate phone calls on behalf of our executive team
Collect date and consistently maintain, clean, and organize various CRM & database platforms

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
