Job Description : Arizona Foot & Ankle Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time, bilingual MA Assistant for our new podiatry office in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, self-driven, and willing to learn. No Medical Assistant program completion is required for this position. The general job description is below. Any other office responsibilities will be trained with our staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Data entry with minimal errors
Prepare and maintain records, files, reports and correspondence.
Must maintain high patient privacy standards and adheres to HIPPA guidelines
Process and handle confidential information with discretion
Medical charting
Return patient phone calls
Prep patients for procedures
Keep medical supplies stocked
When needed, educate patients and answer general questions

Job Requirements:

Must be Bilingual – Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Keen eye for detail
Multitasker
Able to commute to Laveen, AZ
Computer literate
Solid personality
Phone & email etiquette
Punctual
Organizational kills
Problem solver

Pay:

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

8-hour shift
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- 7:30am to 4:00pm
Wednesday & Friday- 7:30am to 12:00pm
