About you:
You will assist clients with planning their destination wedding at a Blue Diamond Resort through organizing and coordinating all events surrounding their wedding. You will implement the bride and groom’s specific vision of their wedding day by working with vendors and onsite wedding consultants. By ensuring that communication and planning is a positive experience for every couple, they can fully enjoy the experience of getting married at a Blue Diamond Resort!
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for maintaining a group level of 150-175 wedding groups across a fiscal year, with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each bride, groom and travel agent
Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients, showcasing the Blue Diamond planning experience
Understanding clients specific needs and developing a planning style to fit these needs
Offering creative suggestions to fit with clients wedding questions and vision
Ability to handle escalated calls/emails and respond accordingly while offering solutions that will benefit both Blue Diamond and the clients
Balancing wedding budgets in Travelworks
Work with preferred vendors to book excursions, wedding amenities etc.
Travel to destination for regular site inspections of BD hotels.
Answering phone calls and assisting with phone call inquiries when necessary. Following these inquires through to conversion by answering any subsequent emails.
What You’ll Need:
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Travelworks
Multitasking abilities and time management are critical
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
