Job Description : NOW CFO is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper interested in joining a growing team and to help maintain our client’s financial records. The Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with the Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments.Our ideal candidate will have been successful in similar roles and is familiar with Oracle/NetSuite, QuickBooks (and other ERP’s), Microsoft Excel, and Word. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to record all day-to-day financial transactions of the company accurately.Responsibilities:Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basisMaintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date mannerPerform all activities related to the accounts payable function, including reviewing, coding, and processing paymentsPerform data entry and administrative dutiesConduct account receivable/payable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognitionPrepare financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of dataQualifications:Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fieldsExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerProficient skills in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel—or other accounting ERPStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedThe compensation range depends on experience (DOE)Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Bend, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
