Job Description : We are family owned and operated Home Improvement and Remodeling Company located in Scottsdale, AZ and is looking for experienced bookkeeper / accounting manager.
Please make sure you meet most or all the requirements below before applying;

Customer service skills
Bookkeeping / accounting background
Computer literate with the ability to utilize multiple software technology platforms including QuickBooks Online
Have own transportation

Responsibilities:

Pay invoices
Issue invoices to customers
AP / AR handling
Issue Purchase Orders
Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements as needed
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Follow accounting policies and procedures
Reconcillations

Starting salary based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
