Job Description : If you’re an experienced Bookkeeper with cutting edge organizational skills and a can-do attitude, Robert Half has an excellent opportunity at a growing Financial Services firm for you to check out! This long-term contract / temporary to hire Bookkeeper role is being offered by a Scottsdale, Arizona based company.

What you get to do every single day

Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Manage and review general ledger
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Balance accounts by reconciling entries
Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks
Expertise in Administrative Office
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
