Description
Pyramid is looking to hire enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors in the state of Colorado. Successful candidates will be the face and voice of our brand. Working closely with marketing and sales, you will be a part of a winning culture and will work to achieve specific objectives. You will employ best practices to increase brand awareness and sales representing the brand through on-location events (typically on weekends and up to two per week) and promotions with current and prospective customers. If you enjoy talking with people, are outgoing, and have excellent communication skills, this could be a great fit for you.
Your Responsibilities:

Be a brand champion to educate customers, prospective customers, and consumers about product quality and value.
Working closely with sales and marketing to coordinate, attend and represent the brand at customer and prospective customer events.
Build rapport with customers and prospective customers.
Communicate event results and opportunities to marketing and sales staff.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when needed.
Notate customer and consumer preferences and trends.
Represent the company at product launches and trade shows.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

What You Will Need:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
A smartphone, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly preferred.
Cannabis Industry experience is a plus.
Experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
High School or equivalent. A college degree or equivalent is a plus.

Physical Needs:

Be able to move and/or lift 50 pounds comfortably
Be able to stand for extended periods of time
Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend comfortably

What you will get:

$20 an hour plus travel reimbursement
All equipment and samples needed to run events
