Job Description : Brewer
4 Noses Brewing Company is looking for a motivated, quality-driven brewer to join our growing team! We are a family-owned production brewery in Broomfield, Colorado with a passion for producing creative and quality-driven beer. We produced 100+ different 4 Noses products in 2021, as well as beers for Wild Provisions Beer Project and Odd13 Brewing. Quality and consistency drive everything we do, and improvement is constantly sought after. While currently producing about 11,000bbls/year on a 20bbl brewhouse in Broomfield, we are constructing a 40bbl brewhouse in North Denver, where the majority of production will move by the end of 2022, so the work location will change. This position will report directly to the Head Brewer.
Responsibilities:

Brewhouse operations: wort production, KO transfers
Cellar operations: CIP SIP FV+BBT, CO2 purging
Raw material handling: milling, dry hopping, fruit/adjunct additions
Sterile sample collection and handling
Yeast handling: harvest, pitching, counting
FV gravity, pH, temperature readings
Production record keeping
Product sensory analysis
Cleaning, scrubbing, organization of facility
Forklift, scissor lift operation

Job requirements:

2 years brewing experience
Formal brewing education a plus, but not required
Strong understanding of beer science, brewery technology and brewery operations
Experience with brewing quality control a plus, but not required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to frequently lift 60lb
Flexible schedule
Ability to work in a team environment
We require all staff to be vaccinated and boosted once eligible. We follow all local ordinances and provide sick pay for COVID-related absences.

Compensation and Benefits:
