Position : Bubble Technician
Job Description : Overview:
We are seeking Bubble Technicians to assist Lift Maintenance in maintaining our fleet of Bubble Chairs. Big Sky Resort maintains a fleet of technologically advanced chairlifts and the Blue Bubbles are big part of the guest experience! The Bubble Technician will be trained in technical requirements of cleaning, polishing and buffing carrier bubbles to eliminate scratches, graffiti and create clear views for our guests. Candidates will be expected to maintain a professional manner, be punctual, and become an important part of the Lift Maintenance Team.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time and use ladders safely.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
Responsible for effectively cleaning, buffing bubbles, removing graffiti and stickers.
Attention to detail is a must.
Maintains a positive attitude and works well with all resort staff.
Willing to assist Lift Maintenance when necessary.
Operate or learn to operate: pickup truck, snowmobile.
Obtain training on lift specific parking systems and parking rails.
Attend lift ops training unless previously employed by lift operations.
Attend Sunshine Cleaning training when available.
Reports directly to Zone Lead.
Able to maintain supplies and inventory.
Responsible for organizing and documenting bubble maintenance.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
Self-motivated team player
Friendly and dependable
