Position : Builder Call Line Representative – Arvada, CO

Job Description : :
Primary contact for residential and commercial gas and electric customers requesting construction or design services across Colorado. Responsible for processing customer requests as well as providing them detailed information and recommendations regarding PSCo policies and practices. This includes processing of residential and commercial applications, general information inquiries and requests.

Major Responsibilities:

Central contact for customer for construction or design services across Colorado.
Analyze and determine appropriate process for customer’s inquiries and requests.
Create initial service account information.
Create residential’ and commercial new service metered accounts.
Direct service request to appropriate construction or design area.
Verify with customer that the site is ready for installation of new service.
Enter applications for new residential service & issue to appropriate service area.
Coordinate & schedule installation of new residential and commercial PSCo gas and, electric service & meters.
Receive commercial and industrial project information and transfer this information and applications to appropriate Designer, Planner or Technician.
Responsible for accurate inputting, communicating, and referencing information reflecting all of PSCo’s involvement or requirements in the systems applicable to the job.
Provide technical assistance & refer customers to appropriate PSCo employees & departments.
Research, analyze & provide solutions for new residential service – related customers’ needs using available resources. ‘

Minimum Requirements:

Two-year Tech Degree
Valid driver’s license
Must pass the Modern Hire Assessment/Customer Service Assessment.

This position requires a behavioral assessment prior to being considered for an interview.
