Overview of Position
We are seeking a professional Business Analyst with a full understanding of different areas of specialization that enables them to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. The Business Analyst will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The Business Analyst must demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The Business Analyst will also network with senior internal and external personnel in their own areas of expertise.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner
Designs details of automated systems and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
What are the requirements needed for this position?
1+ years Agile development experience
1+ years experience using Jira
Experience working in an Amazon Web Services environment
Strong experience translating real life situations into technical solutions including the ability to lead solutioning discussions and requirements facilitations
Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s Degree plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Pharmacy benefit management experience
Healthcare experience
Product Management experience
1+ years SAFe development experience
One or more SAFe certifications
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
General office demands
How much should I expect to travel?
Post COVID this position may require up to 10% overnight travel. Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
