We have been dedicated to delivering cutting-edge consulting services and recruiting all levels of IT positions for our clients.We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.Typical Day in Role: – Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing and delivering features iteratively- Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery- Consistently demonstrate Lean principles for efficient delivery- Work with the Product Owners and Project Managers on defining the project’s detailed scope- Responsible for creating, refining and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs- Responsible for translating legacy system code into requirements- Work with the Product Owner and other BAs on the prioritization of the product backlog of user stories- Work with the Product Owner, BAs, and Quality Assurance Analysts on defining acceptance criteria sufficiently for testing- Work with the Product Owner to confirm the delivered solution is in fulfillment of the stated requirementsCandidate Requirements/Must-Have skills: – +5 years of BA experience with JIRA and confluence, preferably in payments technology- +3 years of Front end banking experience – Customer facing applications i.e. web based Banking- Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions- SDLC understanding- Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques- Ability to have a business-oriented vision- Testing, verification and validation techniquesNice-To-Have Skills:- CBAP Certification- MBA or other related advanced degree preferredWe thank all applicants for their interest and referral.
