Job Description : PHOENIX is looking for a Business Analyst; the successful candidate will work with front-line colleagues, business leaders, internal technologists, clients, and vendors to create requirements and clarity for new products and services. This position is full-time from one of our Denver, CO offices or remote for a suitable candidate.

Responsibilities

Create clear and concise requirements for new products and services, so business leaders and development teams can agree on what success looks like.
Maintain requirements and documentation as systems and business relationships change.
Create examples of data exports/imports so clients and business leaders can agree on final formats before engaging development teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong data skills utilizing tools like Structured Query Language (SQL) and Excel.
Ability to work across internal and external project groups to produce superior results, including the management of those groups for optimal project efficiency.
High emotional intelligence: the ability to know how and when to push project constituents to achieve optimal results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Details

Full-time work in Denver, CO (remote options available).
Salary from $75k – $100k DOE.
