We are building new digital infrastructure for the mortgage industry. We transform traditional lenders into Fintechs, and our platform gives banks and their teams the tools they need to shine. We use data and design to improve customer journeys, reimagine the borrowing process, and arm lenders with the analytical capabilities that will drive their digital transformations.
You will be joining a diverse and tight-knit team that has been building enterprise lending systems for a decade, and was the founding technology team at Borrowell. About the Opportunity
You will be the link between our clients, development teams, and testing teams.
Communicate with internal and/or external teams to analyze data, business, and functional requirements, and collaborate with various internal teams to design and execute solutions.
Solicit requirements utilizing a variety of techniques including interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task/workflow analysis.
Design, develop and execute quality assurance testing measures to validate business requirements
Develop and maintain documentation for all products/programs.
Actively participate and collaborate in the planning of projects, product enhancements as well as new program/product releases, issue resolutions, and changes for existing programs/products
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectssprint work.
About the Deliverables
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Create an exceptional client experience
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing and working with the testing team.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize competing resources and priorities.
About You
A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile projects.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Jira experience an asset
Added Bonus: Experience in the Lending or FinTech space and experience with engineering or systems.
