Your role will involve:Acting as the conduit between the Syteline user base and internal application / IT technical resources to streamline business processes.Building and maintaining the Syteline documentation and training material library.Coaching and mentoring Syteline users on all aspects of the system, including 3rd party integrations (Autodesk Inventor, QBuild CADLink, etc.).Liaising with end users across all business units (engineering, customer service, project management, finance) to map business workflows into Syteline.This position is based out of our head office in Burlington with a potential for international travel.What You Offer3-5 years of relevant experience working with ERP software.Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing sector.A commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service for the organization.The ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization.Strong interpersonal and technical abilities.Gypsum Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and we would like to thank all applicants for their interest.
