Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be working with Cash Payments and Operations in Toronto, to support in creating/updating/maintaining all operation’s procedures, ensuring they are created and documented in standard PPL format. You will also assist in multiple projects and initiatives by defining process flows, gathering requirements, and supporting the teams. In this role, you will also help identify automation opportunities, and leverage technology such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) to design and deliver automation solutions, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual/low value add work. You will also be trained on multiple roles within the CPO teams and support the teams as required.

What you will do?
Define and maintain supporting documentation, process flow content, and operation procedures
Identifies and implements opportunities to drive the business forward through technology optimization, improvements, and/or cost reductions, either through everyday processes or through participation in various workgroups or projects
As a subject matter expert, you will support new initiatives and assist in the integration of new processes within the team
Support CPO teams as required by completing payments transactions/processes
Support digitization and other technological initiatives
Review & Lean existing processes through facilitated working sessions
Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change

Strong communication and writing skills

Logical thinker: recognizes patterns easily and can settle on a direct path to solve a problem, without unnecessary steps
A proven change champion mindset with proficient communication skills and the ability to drive collaboration, learning, and participation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of cash payments operations
Background/experience with business and data analysis
LSS experience
