Boeing Global Services’ Digital Aviation Solutions is searching for a Business Process Analyst 3 to join their team in Englewood, CO or any of several other locations including Austin, TX. Charleston, SC, Chicago, IL, Mesa AZ Seattle, WA, or St. Louis MO.

This position can be virtual from any of these locations.

A successful candidate will have passion for transformation, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and be a self-starter able to execute on a project from design to deployment.

Position Responsibilities:

Effectively participates in cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.
Ensures accurate deliverables and maintains results, and communicates to all participants.
Applies and makes recommendations for the process, data, and applications/systems architecture.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
Influences, negotiates, and acts as a change agent with a diverse audience for complex process improvements.
Participates and/or works together to reach agreement on the development of business architecture design, phased implementation, and use.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Prepares work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit analysis.
Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working with, designing and improving business processes.
Experience designing and maintaining project measurable/metrics and reporting out results.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Aviation domain knowledge preferred.
Knowledge or experience with XML or AIXM.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+2 years’ related work experience, 8 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Colorado Summary pay range: $63,000.00–$110,000.00
