Role Responsibilities:

Experience is preferred, however not necessary. Full training is available to all employees.
Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting up tables.
Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refiling water glasses; being alert to patron spills and other special needs.
Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations.
Light janitorial and general cleaning responsibilities.

Skills & Experience

No experience required.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 lbs.
Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with team members.
