We provide the tools and opportunities to help our people develop to their full potential.Your main responsibilities: Being the first contact with clients for products & servicesCoordinating all product related issuesProcessing customers’ orders and credits related to customers issuesInforming clients on new release products and policiesDirecting and assisting customers towards the site with the support of marketing digitalActing as a liaison between clients and warehouse personnel to resolve shipping issuesImportant for you to know: Workplace: This is a currently a remote position.
