Job Description
This Traffic Analyst will be responsible for managing daily operations which includes:
Distributes workload, monitoring and managing inbound call traffic in a real-time environment
Ensures customer service needs are met by coordinating and adjusting phone skills to meet incoming call volume in a timely manner.
Coordinates special projects, schedules real time activities, and post-dated activities for Operations Leadership across multiple business lines
Prepares reports to enable efficient tracking of compliance goals, and allow for efficient scheduling
Provides direction to frontline bankers regarding off the phone activities
Measures behaviors and helps to respond to emerging conditions daily

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of call center experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Good understanding of call center modeling relative to call volumes
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
Proficiency with Excel and MS Office
Ability to thrive in a high volume and deadline driven environment
Ability to manage through multiple deadlines or tasks and quickly adjust priorities base on business needs
Takes ownership in processes and the quality of the work completed.
Willingness to lend their voice to decisions or provide reasoned alternatives that are backed by data.
Ability to thrive in a setting that values psychological safety.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $18.70 – $24.90 – $27.39
